This workshop will create space for participants to explore how community, mindfulness, and shared experiences can support healing, connection, and well-being.
Ebony Fowler is a psychotherapist, yoga instructor, wellness facilitator, and published author. As the founder of Embrace Your Light Counseling & Wellness, her clinical focus includes trauma recovery and identity restoration, with an emphasis on strengthening interpersonal and community-based support systems.
She integrates psychoeducation, mindfulness, movement, and experiential activities to help individuals and groups explore intergenerational patterns, improve social connections, and foster collective well-being and joy.
This session creates a welcoming space for families and advocates to ask questions, share experiences, and explore practical strategies for accessing resources that support growth, wellness, education, advocacy, and community engagement.
